3.1 Accuracy of Information & Intellectual Property

3.2 Government Permitting Notice (Important)
Under UAE law, the erection of temporary tent structures may require prior approvals from multiple authorities. These may include, but are not limited to:

• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the local Civil Defence Department;
• Event/Structural Permit from Dubai Municipality or the relevant local authority.

As a responsible and compliant service provider, GLUBA TENTS RENTAL will advise and assist clients in navigating these requirements. However, obtaining all final government approvals and event permits remains the sole responsibility of the event organizer/client.

3.3 Privacy Protection
We comply with the UAE Federal Decree Law No. 5 of 2023 (Consumer Protection Law) and applicable data protection regulations. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties or used for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.

4. Delivery & Installation Policy

• Service Area: Dubai and all emirates across the UAE.
• Delivery & Setup:
  • Professional transportation and on-site installation are included with every rental order.
  • Delivery and installation timelines are mutually agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
  • As a standard practice, we schedule delivery and setup 1–2 business days prior to your event date to allow sufficient time for inspection and adjustments.
• Site Access Requirements:
  • The delivery location must be accessible for trucks and handling equipment.
  • Clients must inform us in advance of any site restrictions (e.g., height limitations, weight-bearing limits, elevator access, or restricted loading zones).
• Client Responsibility:
  • The client is responsible for ensuring the installation site is clear of debris, obstacles, and parked vehicles.
  • On-site assistance (e.g., directing drivers, arranging power supply connections) must be provided by the client or their venue management as needed.

5. Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

5.1 Order Cancellation & Rescheduling
Due to the event-based nature of our services, tent rentals require significant advance resource allocation. Once an order is confirmed and a deposit is paid:

• Any cancellation or reschedule request must be submitted in writing (via email).
• The applicable charges are based on the time of cancellation relative to the event date (internal sliding scale recommended – see example below):

5.2 Damage During Rental Period

• The client assumes responsibility for any damage caused to the tents and accessories during the rental period (including cuts, burns, tears, or structural damage caused by misuse). Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
• If any manufacturing defect or pre-existing issue is discovered upon delivery, the client must notify us within 24 hours of receipt – we will promptly replace or repair the affected items at no additional charge.

6. Warranty Conditions

6.1 Warranty Coverage
We guarantee that all rented tents are free from manufacturing defects and structural weaknesses under normal operating conditions. For our premium-grade tents, the PVC canopy material offers UV resistance with a lifespan of up to 15 years under proper care.

6.2 Warranty Period
Our warranty coverage applies for the full duration of the rental contract period. We also provide 24/7 technical support hotline during your rental. In the event of any non-human-caused structural issue, we will respond immediately to ensure safety.

6.3 Exclusions (Not Covered)
The warranty does not cover damage or issues arising from:

• Extreme weather conditions beyond the product’s design specifications (e.g., severe storms, winds exceeding rated limits, heavy rain, or sandstorms).
• Unauthorized modifications, dismantling, or improper assembly by the client or third parties.
• Forced removal, confiscation, or penalties resulting from the client’s failure to obtain the required government permits (Civil Defence/Municipality approvals).

7. UAE Consumer Rights & Dispute Resolution

In accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations:

• All invoices issued by GLUBA TENTS RENTAL will clearly state the product/service description, rental period, total price (inclusive of VAT), and supplier trade license details.
• In case of any dispute, clients are encouraged to first contact us directly for resolution.
